Not allowing one day codes for Sentrilock is my only complaint.
I think it is unfair to make my association with Sentrilock Mandatory and a part of my MLS fee. I believe I should have a choice whether or not to participate with Sentrilock.
Keep up the great work. The biggest improvement i can suggest would be an Odata API connection that allows us to push our clients to MRED MLS without having to manually enter them! Beyond that if in my CRM (salesforce.com) I could see a history of what was sent to each client that would be amazing! If I could have anything beyond that I would request a full integration tool for our private websites. This would allow clients to have a fully up to minute view of what is available via our own personal websites.

Why would I recommend a monopoly? If your only source for apples is Joe's Apple Stand down the street, and everybody knows it, why would I "recommend" Joe's Apple Stand? I'm an appraiser who is stuck paying for REALTOR services that have nothing to do with my profession or discipline. Most of what MOR has available, I have no use for. While I appreciate the information that IS available and useful to my profession, and could not do my job without it, what else COULD I recommend? Since appraisers make use of a small percentage of MOR's services, why not charge them a similarly small percentage of your fee for full-fledged REALTORs?

You dont do enough to ensure the professionalism of the Realtors. No feedback given, many agents dont even call to cancel an appt. Very unprofessional. Our goal is to get out of Illinois and the trash Realtors and stay in Indiana where the Realtors respect other Realtors.
