Nothing was done to disappoint me - I just do not have anyone looking to be licensed right now and everyone else I know belongs to this board. I do wish you were able to sign up for all your CE now. I understand most people don't know their schedules in 4 months, but I'd prefer to blitz all my CE out right away, but even if I wanted to, it's not an option, as you're not offering any classes other than one elective.
The support staff is very helpful. And knowledgeable.

I called to 4 different people and not one was there. Was it a day off and then I am sorry.
I am a personal assistant, and am very "wet behind the ears", and every time I have called, I have gotten phenomenal assistance, with very patient voices on the other end! Thank you!

Everyone I talked with was polite and patient. I could tell they were listening. They were helpful and walked me through the website to show me where the answers were to my questions for future reference.
I find the website confusing & unclear as it relates to billing. I want to be able to quickly ascertain what I've paid for previously and what's currently due, if anything. The records concerning the two billing sources should be combined at some place on the website for clarity, and simply listed in a logical format - date, source, amount, paid or unpaid, etc.

Make it more clear on the invoice website when payments are due. I didn't realize there was two separate invoice sights one for local and one for state and paid the state thinking it was due this month.

First of all had an issue with another agent regarding presenting a contract contacted Kate Saxes office I was told there was some kind of committee to help with agent problems. This was a Thursday a month ago and the woman that I talked to said I would hear from somebody on Friday or Monday still waiting this is what I pay dues for what a joke
