I like that they are very helpful and have a lot of seminars and events like Octoberfest. I like they have webinars.
All of the boards have taken it upon themselves to swindle more and more money from the realtors. Many of us realize the fees increase substantially since many of our peers have chosen to allow their license to expire or either put their license in inactive status. It's unfortunate those of us trying to maintain our license are assessed more in fees, due to those who could no longer afford to remain as members. The antics behind the increases becomes more and more difficult for those of us trying to maintain. We've worked soooo hard to become licensed realtors-we honestly do not want to throw in the towel based on the economy. But the boards leave many realtors with no choice. I guess you all must make up the difference of fees you no longer receive by increasing those of us holding on with the extras amount. Politics as usual

Don't agree with the sneakiness that goes on with the billing and the ridiculous amounts due all the time it seems like!! Can I eat too? I'm only a leasing agent!!! Theres got to be a better way to charge and still provide a better experience.

My opinion of More is neutral, I wouldn't recommend or discourage membership.
the cost of the services should be based on the volume sold..not a flat fee. Between the expenses charged by alL the layers of realtor organizations, the fees charged by the brokerage offices and the other business expenses..education, signs,etc etc...it is difficult to justify pursuing a real estare career and I have been pretty successful in my first year comparatively. If you are serious about attracting and keeping talent to work with the public versus a volume body business. You would manage the fees differently.

Fees versus the value provided there is a disparity. For what we get as agents I feel the fees should at least be half the cost.
our site while improving is still antiquated compared to the high tech competitors we deal with today. technology is key. as an organzation we need to be AHEAD of the learning curve, not behind.....sites like Redfin, Zillow, Trulia, etc.

Teach in depth classes instruction, and cite examples of what the most successful agents do with the current MLS system, and how they arrive at a fair price when listing a property. Your current classes are OK covers the basics, but apparently there is much MORE to learn and do.
