Very Helpful with all my questions
Professionalism
Neither. I see the prices keep going up and The service is fair. Except the board does do a lot of traveling I am told
the upgrades made to the MLS, the available resources, the educational classes offered and the helpful staff available to assist!
I could not pay my bill online because there is no way to update the expiration date on my credit card. There is also no way to remove or add a credit card. I had to call. She took my payment, but I still have to fill out a form for updating the information.

I know you are busy and like to respond to customers, but what do you do when you have a customer on the phone and another call comes in? I sense a level of anxiety when I interact with mainstreet personel.
