I like your education classes and your e-newsletter. A suggestion would be an e-newsletter and an e-CRITICAL letter that needs My Attention Immediately.
Unfortunately between work, clients,family, family events, children school projects, etc. Sometimes the newsletter goes unread and if there was something critical we would miss it.
Information accesibility.
I visit frequent the Arlington Hts office and it feel like family. The care and friendliness is over and above a job description. I like the amenities of the facility and take classes there. For home study, I like the ease of getting learning material and testing too. Yes, I would highly recommend our association.

i just started but i chose mainstreet because the web site was easy to use and i liked the class schedule.

A great place for improvement would be not to allow hostile Realtors be disrespectful to whom is speaking at the Mainstreet events ( mostly the DG location )

good communication and services. I did have one issue, however. Lynnette told us to contact the IDFPR to inform them if we use a nickname. When I did, they got back to me and said they need a formal DBA certificate to update the records.I responded that I was not implying that I had a legal documentation but that i just do business as my nickname instead of given name. Will this suffice? I also sent you a copy.
Love it. I belonged to an other association in the past, and, nothing compares to you.
