The MLS is a very customizable search engine which allows me to target search for my buyers and seller and the resources available are for learning and troubleshooting is very helpful.
I'm not disappointed, it's more the cost, between all the realtors' associations and MORE and MLS, not to mention RVoice, everything has gone up, and I am wondering where the money goes. Also being in the north there are not many offerings for us. I don't have anything to compare it to and I don't know why I would recommend to realtors. We don't have that many options, though I guess the new MLS anywhere option changes things, but I don't know a lot about it. I will say that MLS customer service is always very friendly and there have been times where MORE employees don't seem to be as helpful and friendly. Mostly in the financial department, I can imagine why, and sometimes at the Libertyville office. Mostly very satisfied with everyone though.

I've tried calling the finance office to dispute a double charge and no one has gotten back to me. I've called a few times and left messages. But otherwise, the regular office is awesome with responding and solving issues.
There are very informative.
Everything from the classes offered to the friendly and informed staff to the location in Downers Grove.
Prompt feedback on issues and periodic dissemination of learning materials.
Always very helpful and quick in responding to questions . I also have attended many classes and all instructors are engaging and knowledgeable .
