There’s always help when you need it
Everyone from membership to the help desk is always so helpful. That is much appreciated
Always courteous. Always available when I call and always helpful.
I would say I'm neutral. In order to function fully we are required to join...where is the necessity to recommend?
Enable us Realtors to restrict our listing data from Zillow and Trulia. Right now, we have an option of Yes or No for syndication. The No choice restricts it from everything, including our office website, our CRMs and other software we use. The yes option syndicates our listings everywhere which includes Zillow and Trulia who are competing with us agents. Zillow and Trulia should not be doing instant offers and buying real estate itself AND getting our listing information!

The website was easy to navigate. Checkout was quick and easy. All the information was very easily viewed.

Quick to respond. Lot's to offer with regards to further development
Until my industry is not rife with unprofessionalism, bigotry, indoctrinated laziness, and apathy for our clients, I will continue to hold every organization associated with my field in some measure accountable.
Everybody I talk to SAYS they are 'very concerned', but nothing has changed in ever.
NAR, IR, Mainstreet...such a big 'push' about 'ethics', fair housing, professionalism...
Where is it?
Every time I bring up something specific, it becomes "You should take that up with your broker/company..."
All anybody cares about is getting agents in the door, start marketing, figure out how to write a contract some day. Just collect dues, fees...
This isn't just me, I'm just the one that bothers to write. I know LITERALLY dozens of agents from many offices that have left the field/gone into holding because every deal feels like you're doing 60-70% of the work.
Agents that never even SEE the house they are listing, let alone go in, take measurements, know of issues, etc.
(I just had a deal fall apart because there were renters in the property who didn't KNOW it was for sale until we showed up for the SHOWING. It was on the market for two weeks. Neither the agent nor the owner had been there in FOUR YEARS. The other agent 'assured us' that the tenants would be out by September 4th. This is late August, AFTER school was back in, in a scarce rental market, with a SECTION 8 VOUCHER. Try finding a needle in a stack of needles. The renters are STILL there. Duh...)
I have sat across from agents LYING to the client that they will still help them in dual agency (a farce of ethics if ever there was one), when they KNOW they won't. Even as the person says they aren't comfortable with it, the agents insists. Managements look the other way because the agent MAKES THEM MONEY.
I know office managers that are vocally anti-Muslim, talk about agent business at the lunch table, know their agents have fair housing 'problematic' clients/listings.
NOTHING. Yes, that ownership knows...NOTHING happens.
If you ask the average agent who the various entities CARE about, it will be 1) Ownership 2) Top earners 3) Maybe 'regular' agents.
We don't say much because we are afraid to get signed off on, know nothing will change, and don't trust any board or association to not 'turn us in'...
Yes, seriously...because two different agents I know, just myself, have reported stuff and found themselves looking and magically unable to find a 'new' home for their license.
As far as I'm concerned, I'm risking my license writing this...but I'm SO tired of doing the other agent's work, maybe it won't matter as much as it once did.
I got into the industry to help others. Most agents SAY that, but if you saw my bank account, it is rather obvious I'm not preying on anybody. It is depressing that people equate us with slimy used car salespeople...worse is that I KNOW how bad it really is in some cases.
(I know whoever reads this was hoping my response would be "I have a hard time figuring out how to pay my dues," or something trivial and addressable with "We're really sorry, but we are working hard to make your experiences better every day!" Sorry. I know HOW to pay my dues...just wondering more every day WHY I am.)
The Classes are very helpful
Being member for ever, I have no complaints and always had the best service ever.

always available for help and great service
More classes for continuing education
I like the ease of finding important information. They return phone calls promptly and the new website (once I figured it out) is very user friendly.
The resources for commercial realtors is disappointing.
Top Notch.
Always friendly and Helpful.
I have never had a problem getting ahold of someone at the association who could answer my questions/concern. I think it is way too expensive, but do think the service is great.
