Very helpful
Simply put, you gouge appraisers. We do not require the full range of services you offer yet we are required to pay for them. At a certain point that will not be true and you will lose the memberships of the appraisal community. Go back to having an associate membership which is a more equitable way of doing business instead of holding us hostage for full fees when the only service we utilize is the MLS.

Have always been with this board and even when becoming desginated managing broker and our office primary board was 'another', I refused to leave you guys. I am dedicated to you and when I do leave, it is because I will be retiring (hopefully 3 years). Because of what I am saying I do not give permission to publically share, I am sorry.
