Obviously with the current state of shelter-at-home, our expenses are high (MLS fees). It will be interesting to see what happens with our annual dues and the cost of our CE. i am toward the end of my career but I wonder how many agents will be able to remain in the business during this pandemic.

1.) We should have the option of paying our fees monthly rather than in large sum payments. And that should be a permanent change, including an automatic debit option.
2.) Also, you collect the largest amount of dues in December, around Christmas time. Has no one thought that was a bad idea? Suggestion number 1 takes care of this automatically.
3.) A good Christmas present from you this year would be that the December bills are half the normal price. After all, COVID 19 is putting an unexpected financial burden on us, and you didn't even extend the due date for fees.
4.) Waive the late fees this year.

My education is done through Real Estate Institute because it more convenient for me.

Your billing hides the Volunteer Contributions in the bill which is deceiving. This is noted by other members also.

When I need to call and get an answer to anything, I can always be assured of getting the correct information here . The staff @ MORE is amazing. Even during the current Shelter in Place I was able to call, get my favorite person and by the end of the call I knew I not only had the correct response/answer to my question but more knowledge on the subject than I needed...We are always in the best of hands.
