Knowledgeable people, kind and easy to understand.
Everyone who is associated with the organization is very well informed and directs you to the right answer the first time. Staff is incredible.
Well I was past due because my bank account got all screwed up somebody was stealing my money down south to pay their gas bill I don't know who they are I have no idea and you guys charged me a late fee and you snuck in some other fee so I ended up paying $25 over I want my money back I need the gasoline for my car please but yeah that's what happened
I thin kthere is alot of education that is valuable.

I like that every time I’ve had a question. Steve has been available to assist. I like five. There’s multiple training videos available.
Membership benefits are becoming overshadowed by increasingly burdensome fees, making the value questionable in this market.
Update your billing software so that when a late payment for MLS access is made. Access is immediately restored. Having to wait is BS

The Mainstreet organization has been so great!! Breaking up payments for dues has been a huge help for me. Anybody I have spoken to, has been very pleasant and helpful!!

Main Street has a lot to offer its membership - products, services, education & support to give just a few examples of the offerings I appreciate as a member. I always receive prompt, courteous service whenever I call or email Main Street. Thank you.
While I consider Mainstreet an excellent resource for us Realtors, offering great value, education and a great voice for issues we face, the only problem I have is the MLS is being offered to all the outside sources.
As always, lower price points.
Fees are too high for minimal benefit. There shouldn’t be an automatic $20 donation added to dues for political campaigns on behalf of realtor interests.

The people who provide support are very helpful. I have always had a great experience when I call.
Mainstreet not only has incredibly high association dues and zero flexibility when it comes to paying them, what we receive in return for our dues is laughable. Even the training that is offered costs extra. It wasn’t possible to cover training with the $1200+ we spend a year to be members? And on top of that as I stated above, there is zero flexibility with association dues. In the last 5 years, the economy has become so expensive that people are having a hard time putting food on the table. And what does Mainstreet do? They don’t adjust with the times and after they get you with late fees, they just suspend us which inhibits us from earning any money now. I have talked to many agents and the dissatisfaction with Mainstreet is palpable. If I could rate Mainstreet less than a zero, I would. They are nothing but thief’s.
Friendly when have questions/issues.
Mainstreet offers less than other local organizations and charges more. In a time when incomes are tight, it is helpful to consider other options.
Too costly
Upon paying my main street bill I opted out of paying the $20 for the RPAC 2026 and I was still charge, I’m requesting that fee to be returned to my credit card. I also would like to request a fee reversal for the late fee applied, as it was an oversight, I’m retired and all my money is accounted for, thank you
Too expensive, website is outdated and mobile website is unusable. Not sure why we pay so much.
Nothings. Dues are expensive and I’m a new realtor and have not had any business. I know online education is available I just haven’t had the time to take advantage of it lately. I also work a full time professional job.
The reason, we pay an insane amount of money to gain access to the MLS. Seriously, what value added do orgs like MOR offer? Make it right by charging less!!!
Mobile app is terrible. Very hard to navigate when out showing clients and need information.
Mainstreet is super helpful and they are doing things to help me succeed. They understand that the realtors are their customers and they work hard to support us.
