Fees are too high
As a new realtor, I love that there's many resources to gain knowledge and network with other amazing professionals. From the online courses to the in person events, there's always something new you learn and on top of that, it's fun!

It seems like not all agents are held to the same standards
They are always available and continuously updating resources and classes as technology evolves.

Forced me to make $20 donation ro RPAC. Didnt find an option to remove it.
Not enough human support for computer snafus. It took three attempts to pay my dues (far,far too high) before I could finally pay them. The only person I could speak with had less idea of how to navigate the system than I. Very disappointing.

Help work with Mred to fine tune aspects of the MLS (private network listings) etc.
I have found Mainstreet to be out in front of what is happening in our industry which helps us prepare. I feel they are great advocates for their agent clients. Mainstreet has tremendous resources, training, etc. There are also many avenues for getting involved. Their staff and support are always very helpful and supportive.
Always responsive and easy to work with. Lot of offers of classes etc.

You should not automatically add PAC fees to members renewal. It is a hassle to delete them and it should be an option for the members to add if they want.
