She messed up on my undercut
Last time I went in to sports clips on west lake Houston I was horrified. I always go there, but this time Amy changed that. She had given me 2 knicks on my neckline. Trimmed my neck almost to the back of my head. Didn’t cut any of the top hair when asked for a fade and trim the top. Had no clue what to do or what I asked for. I had to lie and say I liked it just so I could get out of there. Talked non stop about her kids and drama. Hood hood hood.
Andrea and store staff are always the perfect example of over the top customer service.
The service is perfect!
I got in line on the internet and was instructed to show up in 25 minutes. I went to the shop when instructed and checked in. I was told it would be 25 minutes before i would get a haircut. There were other customers waiting. While waiting, several associates were not cutting hair but were talking among themselves and/or sweeping the floor. All the time customers were waiting to receive haircuts.

Verify what is in your database is what the customer wants to do and don't deviate. Too many times I have to stop them from using scissors. My haircut is very simple, #4 on the sides and #6 on top. But they want to bring out the scissors.
Hair stylists need to be more receptive to haircut ideas from their clients. This is particularly critical when dealing with young men and boys, who often struggle to clearly describe their desired look. They should make an effort to truly understand what the client wants, pay close attention to the haircut pictures and specific preferences, and clearly communicate if the desired cut is possible or offer suggestions based on the client's hair type.
Patricia did a great job yesterday! She should train everyone on a proper beard and neck trim. Amazing service and technique!

Excellent professional service
Absolutely horrible experience. The stylist did a bad job and I had to point that out. When she tried to fix it she still had it messed up. Instead of arguing I decided to pay and leave but another stylist Van saw how bad it was and asked if she could blend my fade better for me.
She saved the day because I looked like a clown. It’s still uneven because the original stylist did such a bad job.
I’m on video calls all day long. I have to angle my camera as not to embarrass myself.
I got the haircut because my daughter was getting engaged and I wanted to look good. Nothing like a bad fade to mess up the picks.

Hair cut is fine but beard trim is busted. Didn't notice till I got home and looked under my chin. Huge chunks of beard missing making beard look splotchy.
