This particular store is always top notch in terms of customer service and the quality of the styles provided. It's the only store I've visited where there are multiple stylists who cut my hair the way I like. This is very difficult to find. Currently I have three options for great cuts. Julye was my stylist this time and she was outstanding as always. Wendy and Christine (sp?) are also very good. Wendy, as the store manager, has done a great job recruiting talent, training the stylists and promoting a store that is positive and a pleasure to visit. As always - well done.
It is always a pleasure having my hair cut at the Baytown sports clip. Great service. Pleasant atmosphere. Always a joy when Iris cuts my hair.
I love being able to check in before arrival and seeing how long the wait is. I also enjoy getting my hair cut and washed there. Very relaxing. On my last visit, Mandi was very nice and I enjoyed talking with her while she cut my hair. Made the time go by quickly I will definitely return. And my hair was cut just the way I like it.

Staff was amazing
Unfortunately, I didn’t have a great experience with Rashell. The haircut was below average—it wasn’t clean or even, and the two sides are noticeably asymmetrical. I felt like the stylist was rushing through the appointment instead of paying attention to the details. Choosing the first available barber turned out to be a risk, as not every barber has the same level of skill or professionalism. I was disappointed with the overall quality of the service.
Brittany, the past manager of the store, cut my hair the previous 2 times, and they were the worst haircuts I have ever received. This tie Leslie cut my hair, and she did a great job!
