The service was great. Tiara made you feel welcome and very easy to talk to.
Honestly, the upsell, the MVP isn't costly and its worth the little extra. I do like the hair stuff with tea tree in it, I even got a fray hair holder which has held well. The manager Brittney is who cut my hair and she definitely knew once I tried to get what I liked, which is very helpful as I'm not difficult but she definitely made it better with her experience and knowledge base. Makes each visit great and comfortable.

My stylist Azu is always profesional and does an excellent job on my hair. She listens to my request for my city and does it the way i like it. She is friendly and has always done a nice job.

I liked how helpful my hairdresser, Chemeka, was. I have long standing issue with my hair and she gave me some very helpful tips without pushing product, which I appreciated.

Great line of products and professional service. I utilized online check in and am in and out quickly. I’ve been a Sports Clips customer for several years, “service has always met or exceeded expectations”.
Azu is my go-to girl for a haircut and triple MVP at your Stirling Ridge location. If she's not working, I'll wait to get a haircut until she's working. She doesn't rush the process like other stylists. She takes her time perfecting her haircut and with the MVP's, makes it a true spa experience for me the customer which is a HUGE plus. You should have her to teach the other stylists on how to make the experience of the customer a positive memory. I'm sure other clients would pay for the extra services if they got the ultimate experience. I would not buy the triple MVP and give a great tip except for the detail to attention that Azu gives.
I like being greeted on arrival. I like hot towels. I like the bck massage. I like the staff.
