Keep a record of how I get my hair cut.
Don’t cut it so short.
Haircut was great, and my barber/stylist was friendly.
The convivence of the location, on-line check in, steam towels and the sports on the TVs.
Also, I had a new stylist cut my hair for the first time, she was great!

First visit in a very long time. Velma was amazing and did an incredible job. I hate upselling but after getting everything for free the first time, I’ll probably ask for the same going forward.
