Omg I usually go to other locations but Juliana gave me such a good and dedicated service that I will try all the suggestions that she make me next time around, also super attentive and knowledgeable, I was short on time and my Roomate was hurrying me so I just did my beard but definitely coming back to do my hair, hard to find smiling faces on this times but Juliana the best customer service

I’ve been using SportClips for sometime now and was completely disappointed with the quality of my hair cut… it took less than 8 minutes to cut my hair and pay ( plus tip) and went to my car and my wife said it was uneven. So I went back in thinking the issue would be resolved as far as I could tell, but NO!!! My wife said it was worse, so I just went to another place and had it corrected.
I love going here and so does my son. The staff is great and very good.

It depends on location but I 100% recommend the woodlands, TX location. We lived there 7 years and it’s the only place my husband and boys went.
We live in Dripping Springs, TX now and the Belterra/Ledgestone location is awful. The manager is one of the rudest woman my husband and I’ve ever met. They never have consistent hours either. It doesn’t match the door or online hours. We literally make appointments at the woodlands location when we visit friends from there.
This was my second attempt to get my son a haircut. The store was severely understaffed both times and wait times were ridiculous. I checked in online and still sat in the store with two younger easy to distract kids for over 40 minutes before it was finally our turn. A ten minute haircut already costs more than a lot of people make an hour then I had to sit and wrangle my kids for nearly an hour before being seen. I will not be returning to sport clips as this was pretty much the straw that broke the camels back.
