The stylist didn't seem to be incredibly experience. The cut took about 45 mins (usually 20-25 is all that is needed). I had to adjust her approach a number of times. I won't come back to this branch.

Good haircut, ok price, great customer service
The stylist, Jessica, did not listen to my son/the client. He showed a photo and even specified the length. I don't think she's used to cutting curly hair because the length she cut off a majority of his curls. He was so embarrassed walking out. While Jessica apologized, she should if read his body language while he was in the chair because I walked up mid haircut and immediately could see how uncomfortable he was. I asked her to stop cutting length and only even out the other side. Which did not happen. Luckily Emily the manager tried to help but the damage was done.
