Stylists are professional and polite. My haircuts, even from different stylists, are consistent and what I ask for. Your website to sign in online needs work. It is not user friendly, even though I have used it dozens of times. It shouldn't take 10 minutes to sign in online.

Did not ask what I had wanted before proceeding with the haircut. Used products without warning. Entire experience felt rushed. I walked out having to go to a different store to get it fixed.
