Shunyece has a good eye for detail and very attentive to how I wanted my haircut. As well as exemplary customer service skills that I was so into the conversation we were having. By the time I checked out it felt like I have only been there for a few seconds, which shows she can multitask very well. At the end I got a great haircut!!!

Something for Sportclips to consider: Put these surveys on the app instead of depending on customers to go to this website well after they had a haircut; it's an antiquated process and I'm sure you miss out on a lot of feedback.

I asked for a high fade, They didnt know what that was. I asked to start with a 0 and fade it up. They didnt know what I was talking about. She never used a zero, my hair starts at a 1. I asked for about 1 inch on top, they cut off 1 inch, and then one more inch, and then one more inch until they finally got it to where I wanted even after I showed them by pointing to the hair length I wanted. I was charged for a MVP cut, but received what yall call a triple play.
