I think you have a great selection of quality products and knowledgeable sales staff. Your training programs and coaches are the best in town. Great customer service, convenient location. My only suggestion would be to have a better color choice of the shoe models. I know most lines carry different colors of their particular models and although that's the least important feature of a running shoe, it helps to have a choice!
The employees take the time to make sure that shoes fit properly & that I was totally comfortable with my decision. The gentleman that helped me was very friendly & knowledgeable about the products.

Your products are good, and your prices are compairable to other stores, but your customer service is excellent and your sales people are very knowledgable.
Taphy was a tremendous help. She knew exactly what I needed to get my random exercising to the next level. Her customer service and knowledge made the whole experience very manageable for this newbie. First and foremos,t the service was above and beyond!!! Lori was wonderful as she educated us at the No Boundries meeting. My twin sister, Ann, and I also met Lisa that evening. She made us feel right at home...she was very nice and fun too!!! We then went back to buy running shoes, and Taffy was very educational in getting us the perfect shoes! Casey (also a twin:) finished taking care of us. He was awesome!! It was a twin thing, but he was really nice and made the rest of the event great!

To me, everything is about the service. If I have friendly, knowledgeable people to work with; people who are genuinely interested in helping me, I will always return. I live in OKC and really just wanted to check out the store while I was visiting an aunt who works in the same shopping area. I was so impressed, I came back and bought the shoes, inserts, and socks. And counted the trip well worth it. Thank you.
