I love the customized individual service received during the fitting process, continuing through the shoe selection process. Fleet Feet was recommended by a friend. While I was there my older duaghters also bought shoes after watching the process. As a result of our great experience, we have been walking/jogging together as family a few times per week. I will highly recommend Fleet Feet to my friend ~ I already have to two of them.

Employees of Fleet Feet are runners, in shape, and use the gear they recommend. I was impressed with Olga's patience in helping me find the right fit. We started with a thorough fit test, she explained how the bones in my foot should be supported (including an actual model of a foot), spent time measuring, assessing, talking with me, and finally fitting me to the right shoe. I also appreciated the fact that I could go outside and run in the parking lot to get a feel.

Lisa was very helpful during our time in Fleet Feet. It was our first visit and we ended up with a couple of pairs of inserts, shoes, and socks. While we were unable to find a pair of shoes for my husband, Lisa must have gotten out 20 pairs. She never became frustrated during our search for shoes and was very patient and genuinely happy to serve us. I'm not a runner, but she has sparked my interest in the NOBO program in Owasso and was very encouraging.
