the service was great. the guy that helped me, casey, was well informed about the fitting and what to look for in a really good shoe. he did not favor one over the other and took a lot of time with me to be sure i was satisified with what i was purchasing. i felt like he was there to help me find the right shoe, instead of just trying to sell me the right shoe.

You carry New Balance; had to special order because you dont stock velcro closure; so many of us senior citizens who have arthritis cant manage shoe strings; wouldnt it be nice if you could keep some average sizes in stock?
