I have never been a runner. I decided to train for a 5K and when I completed my Couch to 5K, I rewarded myself with a new pair of shoes from Fleet Feet. The staff was very helpful and non-judgmental. They performed a gait analysis and found me a pair of shoes that I can only describe as feeling like "marshmallows". I wish I would have gone to Fleet Feet at the very beginning of my training. Thank you.
