The staff is knowledgeable about running and the specialty products often needed to achieve a "customized fit" for an older (50+) runner. It isn't worth the savings to go where the staff does not know about shoe construction; much less the various problems you can encounter if you buy a sub standard shoe! Everyone is very attentive and very knowledgeable. You NEVER feel like you have just gotten a "clerk"! If you are serious about your sport, then you will be serious about your equiptment; foremost your SHOES!
The lady that helped us was very knowledgeable. I like that your feet was "tested" for the right shoe depending on how your feet are when you run. My daughter loves the shoes!

The products are top notch at competing prices that you can find online. The staff is warm and friendly, and the running/walking programs are outstanding. I'm very happy to have found Fleet Feet Sports Tulsa. That's why I continue shopping at their stores, and parcipate in their running programs.
I think that having someone fit you with the proper shoe for individual purposes is well worth the time and money spent.
