About the services . . .I was greeted kindly and did not have to wait for a sales assistant. Lance assisted me with the purchase of my new pair of Brooks Adrenaline GTS 12 shoes. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and assisted me greatly with finding the perfect shoe for my specific need. He gave me several choices and I never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase. I've only been wearing my shoes for a few days; I am so pleased! I have no arch and these shoes give me the arch support, the stability as well as the comfort I was looking for. Lance, your specific recommendation of the 2A width makes for a GREAT fit! I walked in the door about 6 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 30th. I walked out the door about 20 minutes later with a pair of walking shoes and a pair of cross training/gym shoes. Couldn't be happier with my service. Great recommendations from staff. Efficient service. Walked twice this weekend in my new Mizunos and will give other pair a workout at gym tonight. 100% satisfied.
