The facility doesn’t seem as clean anymore (massage rooms). I booked a 90-minute massage but it ended 10 minutes early. I was on time.

I assumed for the price and timeframe of 1.5 hours I would get a head-to-toe full body massage. I did not. My therapist never touched my arms, hands, or feet and when I asked for firmer pressure on my neck and shoulders nothing changed. I won't be back.
