Always easy to schedule and staff is amazing.

Booking is easy and text reminders are sent promptly. Staff is always accommodating and friendly
The prices are just way too high. I pay the $80 monthly membership fee and typically use my monthly credit for a facial. And then I like the dermaplane so that my product penetrate my skin more deeply but for $40? When I started is was half that. Its a simple blade going across my skin. After the monthly fee, the dermaplane and the tip its like $135 a month for a single facial. I can go to another establishment for better pricing. Its not to say the staff isn’t great because they are - its all just too pricy. Especially when other places have better rates for the same thing.

Staff is fantastic. Sarah M is the best therapist. Everyone is very helpful and tentative.
I like the text reminders and the ability to manage appointments via text. I can do that while I'm at work and it feels more private than having to do it on a phone call since I work in cubicle-land.
First And foremost is my therapist, Robin. I get two hour massages that allows her to really work

Each person offers a different technique and depending on my mood I may change therapist. They have a lot extra to offer that you can add on. Very comfortable relaxing environment.

Therapist's are excellent! They are very skilled at finding problem areas and working out the kinks.
The quality of this location has declined over the years. Massage therapists no longer seem to stick around, so finding one that I like is increasingly difficult. The massage therapists I've seen have been lovely, no complaints with them. I wonder what kind of work environment exists for them to leave so quickly.

My masseuse is consistent and wonderful. Front desk is congenial and easy to work with. Facilities are clean. Masseuse quality is based on personal preference but I’ve honestly only had one bad experience (and that masseuse no longer works there) after trying out 5-8 different people.
After just having a set of twins i was looking forward to some spa time. Massage therapist never even touched my feet which i thought was weird and had a bad billing situation at the end.
Isiah is the best addition to LaVida. I finally found someone to replace Ken :)
Good service all around. The desk is very friendly. most of the time i have Angela and she is Fenomenal. It may be too much to ask but, a hot towel may very helpful to remove excess of oil on the body.

You can’t ever make a walk in appointment or even a week out, you have to book a month out.
If for some reason you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment you can’t reschedule until a month out.
Definitely needs to hire more therapist so they can have some on call for walk ins or immediate care services.

I paid for a 90 minute massage so that my ‘whole’ body could reap the benefit of the massage. I explained that to the therapist only to hav the massage end and she has not touched my thighs! I was not happy!

Though the the workers, atmosphere and esthetics are pleasing, the type of massage that we received was not what we anticipated.
EVERYTHING! And I absolutely adore Sarah at Rochester Hills; I’ve got some disability issues and she is incredible in working with me. She knows her stuff and is hands-down the best masseuse I’ve ever had, and I’ve been getting massages for 25 years. I don’t know how advancement works at La Vida, but she has my highest possible recommendation for a raise or bonus!

Highly recommend. This was a true therapeutic massage. Brad, my misuse, was very knowledgeable and he recommended stretches to help between massage appointments. Thumbs up!
The facility is very clean and professional. Robin is an excellent massage therapist.
