I appreciated the massage. But I would have a hard time recommending now that you're so over the top expensive.
And I should probably take the time to say.... it's nervy to me to suggest I tip 30%plus!
I think you're signs tell me that if it was a good massage I should tip 20.00 on a 60.00 Massage... that's 33%!!!!
I mentioned it once to my brother and he almost came through the phone! I laughed cause I knew I thought it was crazy. And I already was tipping 18.00 which was 30%.

I felt as though 12 should have been a great tip...at 20%. I mean, I've already paid for the work.
Are you guys like restaurants and don't pay your staff? Is that why you browbeat us to tip so high?

When you have a promotion to sell gift cards, and you reward us with $25 gift cards for every $100 we spend, there should be no expiration on our rewards! I felt robbed on April 1st when I tried to use my $25 reward and was told it expired yesterday (Easter Sunday)!!!! I looked back on the website advertising the promotion, and there was no mention of any expiration dates.
Hi Nina, We are sorry to hear that you missed out on using your bonus card. Luckily the $25 bonus card was like a coupon and you didn't lose any money as the gift card you paid for never expires. We make sure to let our clients know there is a 3 month window to use those bonus cards and the expiration date is listed on the back of the bonus card as well. All gift card promotions online are ran by corporate and are separate from our in-studio gift card promotions. You can always ask to check in with management if this situation happens in the future. There are many things I like. For one, a real person answers the phone to schedule the appointments. I have been going to the East Cobb location for years. The facilities are clean and nice. The appointments run on time. The music is appropriate. I have been pleased with the level of skill and professionalism of the massage therapists.
