The Front Desk Person was not very Friendly on Saturday August 31 First also I did not Get my Hot Towels. Had a good Massage yesterday.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

$99 for a massage is a little absurd. The experience there is not worth that at all. $69 at best.
