My massage therapist is wonderful! Makeshia is so kind and listens to my needs. I’ve been going to her for a few years now and I haven’t had any back spasms since. LaVida in general provides great service and value

My wife and I do couples massages about once a month, this week one of her best friends was visiting so I suggested that they do a girls day and her friend take my appointment...
She said that Makisha had magical hands and that she is still walking in the clouds two days later.
Comfortable atmosphere, friendly and competent staff. All around, a great experience.
It was my first time getting a massage with LaVida, what I loved most is the serenity and peace when I walked in, I also loved how I was asked what my problem areas were so that those were most focused on! I’ve already scheduled my second appointment and will be recommending to family and friends!
Jodie is an amazing massage therapist, probably the best I have ever had. He listens to his clients, he's calm, relaxed, and professional. He doesn't just go through the motions of giving a massage, he takes the time to focus on problem areas while still providing a complete massage.
All of the front desk workers are amazing! They truly enhance the entire experience with personalized suggestions on everything from enhancements to new therapists to try.
