I like Sherlet, she is friendly and kind
That it’s a subscription base and I can manage how often I want to come in. I love that the memberships offer a discount for coming more than once a month. Staff has always gone above and beyond with customer service and very professional.

However, during my most recent massage, there may have been a substance in the oil that I was allergic too as I have had an allergic reaction that I had not previously experienced.

Convenient, clean, and caring are just 3 words I use to describe the services received at La Vida Massage of Johns Creek. Whether it was a simple body massage for an hour or a 90-minute treatment with hot stones, the staff was dedicated to maximize my relaxation during the massage.
Outstanding service once again! I had a facial Peel with Melissa. She was extremely knowledgeable in her field and made me feel very comfortable in her care. Thank you.

Clean and comfortable facility. Great staff.
My person started late, 20 min past when we were supposed to and assured me at the beginning we would go at least 10 min past the end time (60 min massage). We didn’t, we ended at the original time. So - appt at 245, didn’t get to the room until 305 undressed by 310 and massage ended at 345. That’s not close to 60 min and I understand time is removed for short consult and dressing. She did a good job and someone hadn’t shown up that day so she was filling in. I didn’t complain to her at all, she was nice.

Everyone I have encountered at La Vida for massages has been really nice. I only gave an 8 because I had one bad experience during a 2 hour massage where the masseuse was talking to me about when they had covid and their (not so pleasant) symptoms and then started to nod off/fall asleep towards the end of the massage.
