Their staff are friendly, amazing and knowledgeable! We came in the other day to look at electric e bikes and they asked us if we wanted to test drive it and we did! They have a great variety of bikes to choose from. My overall experience with customer service is amazing! Thank you mystic cycle centre for being awesome!

Knowledgeable and Friendly staff. Only constructive feedback i can offer is store is extremely busy and staff is juggling a lot of customers and can cause wait times and/or frustration of not knowing where you stand in line so to speak.
