Customer service is the best - someone around at all times to help out. I had trouble putting a tire on a Zipp rim - the kid said let me take crack at it. Boom, done in 2 and even put the air in the tire for me. The owner comes from a good family and is a good kid

The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

The products are great. I can give you two good examples. I have a used specialized mountain bike that is two years old and also gravel trek bike. I had new pedals put on them. They are awesome. Me I ride flat footed and feet would slip off the pedals alot with the old pedals that came with the bikes. But with these that doesn't happen that much any more. For the service. Everybody at the Mystic cycle centre is awesome and very friendly. You would be greated when you walk in the door and good bye to when you go out the door. And also the guys would talk to you and ask you how you are doing. And show you around explain to about the bikes and the products. Also everybody is a real expert about bikes and the products. For my rating. Mystic cycle centre get 10 stars from me. For excellent service.
