Staff is helpful and friendly
Top-notch job repairing and tuning my bike. It looks and rides great. Chris was especially helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. The only critique I have is that I was not notified my bike was ready. An email was supposedly automatically sent when the bike was ready on June 29, but I never received it (I checked my spam and trash folders too). After nearly three weeks, I called on July 3 to inquire about the status and was told it was ready which sort of surprised me since I hadn't heard from them. Perhaps it would be better if an employee actually contacted the customer with a phone call to ensure they are notified. Outside of this glitch which is why I scored it a 9, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Mystic Cycle.

Awesome shop! They have amazing customer service and carry great brands. They will make anyone feel at home, weather you’re just the occasional rider taking advantage of a long weekend or a diehard competitive cyclist wanting the best gear and expert support.
