I stopped in earlier this week with a desperate need to replace tires on my tri-bike. I had spoken to Joe over the phone prior to arriving. He was a great help and very knowledgeable When I got there he was busy with another customer but eventually got to me and we took care of that transaction to my satisfaction.
While I was waiting for him, I was browsing as I was considering a new cell phone holder as my previous one was almost too small and difficult to work with. It didn't have a price tag so I brought it up to the mechanic's counter to get a price.
This was when I met Caesar.
In an appropriate and casual way, he gave me his opinion that it might not be the way to go. He asked what I was using my cell phone for on my ride....and long story short...I left with a Garmin Edge 530 and a Varia RTL515 (along with two new tires and a pair of sunglasses).
I am thrilled with the computer and light/radar. I think the radar has made my rides safer than I ever could have imagined.
A critical part of my decision was to be able to reactivate and combine the data from my PowerTap hub into the computer. This was no small feat, but Caesar got that done.
He was professional, knowledgeable, fun and a problem solver.
I spent $535 instead of $63...and I'm actually happy about that.

Speed good attention to my concerns

I came in for a blown tire and expected to have to leave the bike and come back at a later date. I was promptly provided service and in and out in 20 minutes at a very reasonable rate.
