Nice job with the major repairs to my Ruby. It is riding quietly now and I am grateful for your good analysis of the problems. I understand the delays with getting all the necessary parts to make the repairs. These are difficult times.

Joe was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find the right bike for my needs. He was able to answer my questions, and get me set up with my new bike that day. I wasn't expecting (with the current shortage) to walk and and find what I wanted and in my size, so I was happily surprised! Thank you Mystic Cycle for my new ride and making the shopping experience easy and fun!
