The sales person (Nick) was very helpful. Good selection of equipment & clothes so I was able to get everything I needed. I prefer to shop in person where I can talk to a sales person, & examine/tryout the stuff I am buying, rather than shop online. Especially when it comes to bicycles & gear, it is important to me to have a trustworthy, knowledgeable local shop

Always a wonderful experience. Excellent service. The bike looked like new when I picked it up and it was done earlier than it was promised. Feels like you are visiting friends anytime you’re in the shop.

Greatest service department ever! No waiting involved, great technicians, wonderful prices. I’ve purchased my last three bikes from Mystic cycle Center and I’ve loved everyone of them. Unfortunate that I couldn’t buy this one, due to supply chain issues. Maybe next time!

Nick replaced my tires and tuned up the rims for me. Excellent service at a good price! Very knowledgeable and responsive technicians!
