We were shopping for a bike and wanted a particular model and color and there were only 2 available. One was at a near by bike shop where we live in NJ but they said it would take 2 to 3 weeks to build. The only other place that had it was Mystic Cycle(a three hour drive) but they were willing to build it the same day! Joe at Mystic Cycle was very helpful through the whole process! We got in the car and they built the bike as we drove! Talk about excellent customer service!! We highly recommend Mystic Cycle!
