Joe was great. He listened carefully to what I was looking for and showed me a few bikes that fit my needs, and his knowledge of the product he was selling helped me to decide on the perfect bike. He was very patient, never tried to rush me, and although I threw so many questions at him, he remained pleasant and answered each one with a smile and maintained a great attitude. His attentiveness to me showed his professionalism and he not only showed great customer service skills but went above and beyond to make me feel great about my purchase. Mystic Cycle is very lucky to have such a great sales person as Joe.

Flat tire was repaired while I waited. Also they recommended a different inner tube (thicker) to hopefully alleviate future problems with flats.

I showed up 10 minutes before opening in a rush to get a bike tube for my sons bike, which was with him at college with a flat. They open the door for me without me even asking and were incredibly helpful and kind. What a great shop. What great people. We need more people like this in the world.

I have bought 2 bicycles from this shop, both times I was treated like I was the only person in the store!!! They explain everything about the bike and let you take them for test rides. I recently needed a tire pump after having bought the inexpensive ones from Walmart, which I could never use, I went back to Mystic Cycle shop and purchased one from them because they showed me how to use it and they suggested one that is easy for me, I now can take care of my own tires and can ride more often!! Thanks Mystic Cycle Shop, great job!!!
