This group has been great in helping me choose a racing bike. I wasn't ready to spend umpteen hundred dollars and they had great suggestions to fit my needs and wishes. I ordered a bike in late November that was not in their stock. It arrived 5 weeks later, and I'm the proud owner of a TREK Domane 2! I will bring it back in 30 days for a check up, and a year later for refreshment. I recommend these folks and this store highly!

Pre-ordered a Trex bicycle in July 2021 whose delivery was extended until Dec 2022. Received an email from Mystic Cycle to come in and discuss possible in-stock options. Dealt with Evan (Ed) who was very helpful and friendly. He showed me a couple of different bicycles and answered all of my questions honestly. You can tell he likes dealing with bicycles as he is very familiar with the different types and options available. After discussion and review I ended up purchasing a SPECIALIZED branded bicycle which Im hoping will be a good fit for me. I also will not have to wait a year for the one I had previously ordered...
