I am a 65 year old new cyclist. Clearly, at least to me, my objectives and needs are very different than many younger and more adventurous riders.
I share that because I was treated SO much better at MCC than any other bike shop I’ve been to. I saw first hand how they treat people by who they are & what they want, not like some other shops I’ve been to who either look down their nose at the old guy, or try to shame you into more than you need.
Not only will I now make this my cycling resource of choice, I am already spreading to word to peers, kids, neighbors, and so on.

Fantastic bike store! I started my project to get a bike rack that did not shift while driving in the spring. Joseph Romanelli gave excellent help and advice and explained the hitch which I then got at a local garage near where I live and returned to Mystic to buy the Thule rack for two. Ryan and Michael helped me with the install and I am ready to use the rack. Great stuff! Thank you Joe, Ryan and Michael!
