I recently bought a pair of Bontrager cycling shoes and a pair of Shimano 105 SPD-SL pedals at MCC.

I was very happy with the service. I was hoping to go to a place (I drove from Essex CT) where I could get a full service experience to buy shoes from a real store, instead of the internet. I got that. Ryan was very helpful and gave me loads of time trying to get it right for me. My new shoes are good so far. I have only taken two rides.

What I want to say is all your staff were soooo friendly. It was a nice place to visit and shop. I spent a couple of hours in your shop over two weekends and I don't think I ever saw anyone looking at their cell phones and being disinterested in helping. It was very notable. It really added to the experience. Many of the young staff asked me how my day was going, and made polite conversation. It sort of surprised me. It was great. What a great crew you have there.

What I like is that your team knows bicycles.

What i don't like is standing around waiting to be served, when some employees are idle.

Friendly, helpful staff, always ready to rescue me when I have a problem with my bike.

I had a bike shipped to Switzerland, not a simple request. Joe was extremely helpful and followed through with every detail. Very courteous and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciated how he turned a complicated need into what seemed like a simple process. He is to be commended!
