Crossroads has always been eager to help and usually has what we are looking for. I have always shopped the Statesville location since I live in Morganton until recent when I learned of its closing and merging with the Clemmons store. I have purchased numerous trek bikes from them. Clemmons had what I needed, so I purchased it over the phone with Matt and he agreed to meet me at a location in Statesville the next day to receive my bike. That kept me from having to drive the total distance to Clemmons. That speaks volumes about customer satisfaction.

Absolutely the best bike shop in the area. Staff are very friendly and make everyone feel welcome and important, no matter if you’re a casual rider, someone who rides 100 miles a day, someone who wants an entry level bike, or a $5k bike. Highly recommend.

I’ve been fighting an issue with my son’s Trek bike for almost a year now. He was to the point that he didn’t even want to ride it because it had become so unreliable. After other Trek dealers put a band aid on the problem, I brought the bike here and within 15 minutes, they listened to me and actually FIXED the problem! And best of all, they fixed it for less than $22! All that headache would have been avoided if I’d just brought it here the first time! I cannot recommend them enough!
