When I walked in, the store was so clean and had really beautiful displays of everything! The owners are so nice and were super helpful! I just picked up my bike after the spring tune-up special and it looks brand new for a 12-year-old bike. Matt and the rest of the gang do a great job all year round. Very friendly, easy to talk to and do the little extra things they notice while working on the bike to make for a better ride. I'm always very satisfied with their service.

I am very disappointed that only 1 free tune up of new bike is provided. The standard locally is free tune ups for the first year, and I didn't know tune up aren't included until after I made my purchase. As a result, I am less likely to make another purchase from this vendor.
