The guys were conscious of safety first. I had a wheel with some broken spokes. Upon inspection they felt it was not safe to try to repair it. I got the new wheel yesterday and rode about 13 miles this morning. No issues, shifted great , smooth ride. Thanks to the guys at Crossroads Cycling for their friendly and quality help. Name removed. P.S. Matt offered to meet me in Mocksville with the new wheel. Great customer service.

Service has been outstanding. Had to have new inter tubes on one of our bikes. I took the bike to the shop and two gentlemen jumped right on it. They were very pleasant and quickly repaired my bike
