Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable about the bicycles we were interested in. He explained the various aspects of what makes the Townie a very comfortable ride. My wife mentioned a couple things about the bike. He noticed she seemed to be reaching a little to far for the handle bars. He made several adjustments, including the handle bars and my wife thought the bike was perfect for her. I look forward to many relaxing bike rides. A special thank you to Matt.
