Matt was very attentive and informative the minute I walked in the door. He listened to my needs and showed me options. I had done some research and he was happy to expand my knowledge on the bicycles I was interested. There was no hard sale. I left there to think about my options. Once our decision was made I simply called Matt and he worked his magic to get our bikes to the shop within two days which worked out perfectly because we were on a crunch to get them in order to take them with us on vacation. It can be intimidating entering a shop under these circumstances but the staff was so welcoming and informative i immediately felt at ease. Excellent service from start to finish! They serviced both my bike and my daughter’s bike quickly and at a very fair price. What really stood out was their willingness to go above and beyond…they helped load the bikes back onto my Jeep and even took the time to show me how to properly use my bike rack. Friendly, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back for future bike service needs.
