I bought in two children’s bikes that I had bought at a church yard sale. One bike was older but one was almost new. I had bursted a tire on each bike trying to pump them up. They replaced the tires the same day and also fixed a problem with the new bike’s brakes that I had not noticed. The service was very friendly and fast.

This was the second time I came in with a simple tire issue. I struggle to change tubeless tires on my MTB and other bike shops always tell me they're backed up and it is 1-2 weeks before they can get me in. I took my bike to Crossroads for my last tire change and yesterday I was losing air fast and needed a top off of sealant. Both times I walked in, and they asked if I could wait a few minutes and they would do it while I was there. This was the Saturday of Labor Day weekend, they were a man down, and had a few people in the shop. I really appreciate how they find a way to help with the little thing. I was able to ride with my kids yesterday and hit the trails with my buddy today! Thanks!

The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all our questions and made sure that we had the right bikes for what we wanted to do. They also did a fantastic job servicing our bikes. It has been a pleasure dealing with them, and we will continue to let them serve our biking needs.
