The shopping and buying experience at Cabarrus Cycling has been a great experience. The most impressive thing is not just a great variety of quality Trek and Electra bikes but their attention to what my needs and budget were. They did not sell me, they educated and guided me so I could make an informed buying decision that fit my needs and budget. I highly recommend them. I was also impressed with their service department and feel confident that I can get the service I need when I need it.
They stay in contact with you for service. Very good about calling/text you regarding what parts/service is needed BEFORE performing the work. Very good about letting you know when it is done as well. Nice job!
