Every time I visit, I feel welcomed and like the guys are just glad that we popped in, no matter the reason. I recently came in needing service on two bikes, and the customer service was exceptional, above and beyond, and that’s typical, really. I am consistently blown away by the kindness and knowledge of the gentlemen working there. Last week, it was Matt, and I am sorry but cannot recall the other guy’s name. Both were super nice, and they always are!! We tell everyone how much we love Crossroads Cycling Co.

They were able to fix my broken spoke on a Tubeless Cush Core wheel without issue. The wheel is holding all its air pressure several days later. Great people to work with and very personable.
