David helped me, also helped me look at a bike I am interested in. Was very pleased. Still trying to decide on the Trek FX bicycle. Right now I am trying to get back into the saddle after being away for so long. David also told me about some of your service in case I need help putting my bicycle back on the road. Have the best quality of merchandise. Bikes, accessories, clothing, etc. The manager is extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. Always a pleasure to visit the store and stock up on gear and bike necessities.

After I left your shop, I headed straight out to Mt. Airy for a 14-mile bike ride. There were a number of riders there on Trek bikes and they were very surprised to hear that there was another Trek shop in the Winston area. I told them about your service and how you had my bike ready for pickup and had already registered my bike with Trek so I had nothing to do after leaving the shop except enjoy my new Dual Sport + bike.
