It was my first time into the store. I needed to have two tires seated onto my wheels, after another store told me it would be a week. My wife and I have both worked in bicycle stores in the past. We were greeted by two friendly employees and within ten minutes, we were on our way. Thomas Porter was exceptional with our visit.
